Update: Lumpkin Road is reopened to traffic
Richmond County dispatch says a downed power line had traffic blocked on Lumpkin Road at Augusta Tech Drive.

AUGUSTA, Ga. -- Richmond County dispatch says Lumpkin Road is back open after a downed power line had traffic blocked on Lumpkin Road at Augusta Tech Drive earlier today.
Traffic lights were also out on Lumpkin Road at Deans Bridge Road and at Richmond Hill Road.
