NEW YORK---Today an Augusta company unveiled the Anvil, a new electric vehicle, on the CBS Early Show.

The Anvil is an eco-friendly, street legal, low speed vehicle. It can go up to 25 miles per hour, and you can drive it on any road with a speed limit of 35 miles per hour or less.

The car is meant for close-end commuting. It costs $16,000 and the battery pack is about $800, but it does qualify for both state and federal tax credits.
