AIKEN CTY, S.C.---A Jackson woman has died after a car-truck crash on State Highway 125 on Savannah River Site property in Aiken County.

Linda Jones, 51, was apparently returning home early Tuesday from her job at the Allendale Correctional Institution.

Troopers say her car crossed the center line and struck a truck.

The coroner's office says the autopsy showed the impact from the crash killed Ms. Jones.

The truck driver wasn't hurt.
