Know Thy Self: A Breast Cancer Awareness Seminar for Teen Girls

The Powder Room for Girls, Inc. will be holding their 1st Annual Breast Cancer Awareness Seminar for Teens in the CSRA, a Free Community event. During a young girls puberty and adolescent years when EVERYTHING is changing, it is important that girls are comfortable with their changing bodies. Breast Cancer has been identified as one of the leading causes of death amongst American women however with early education and detection that survival have been increasing.
The Powder Room for Girls, Inc. would like to offer our teen girls (ages 12-18 yrs. old) in the CSRA a breast cancer awareness seminar structured for them and their specific concerns as it relates to their body.
