Greater Augusta Healthcare Network Forum

Greater Augusta Healthcare Network was formed in 2008 to bring together safety net organizations (faith-based clinics, area hospitals, and service agencies) to improve access to care for under insured and uninsured in the area. We invite you to a community health forum to discuss access issues. Speakers include Director Stephens Goggans, MD, East Central Public Health District; Mr. Russell Head, health insurance/ACA expert; and leaders of GAHN safety net organizations.

2nd Annual Augusta HBCU 5K Fun Run/Walk & Health Fair

Riverview Park, 100 Riverview Park Dr., North Augusta, SC
Participants will run or walk a 5k route on the North Augusta Greene way starting at the Riverview Park pavilion. The course is shaded and has no hills. The Health fair starts at 9:00 AM under the pavilion. Proceeds will benefit the Greater Augusta HBCU Alumni Alliance scholarship fund.
