Trunk-or-Treat with Lots of Sweets

The City of Aiken Parks, Recreation, and Tourism Department is seeking Sponsors and Trunk or Treat vendors. The Trunk or Treat with Lots of Sweets is a free event for children 12 years and under (with an adult) and takes place Saturday, October 24, 2015 from 4:00 p.m. to 7:00 p.m. at Citizens Park Field 5 (1060 Banks Mill Road Aiken SC. 29803).

Trunk-or-Treat with Lots of Sweets features “Trunk or Treating” where candy is given out from the trunk of business or organizations with kid friendly Halloween theme decorated vehicles.

Reverse Raffle fundraiser benefitting the Greater Augusta Medals for Excellence in Sports (G.A.M.E.S.)Scholarship Fund!

Only 250 tickets will be sold! Each ticket gets two people into an evening of Costumes & Cocktails fun complete with heavy hors d'oeuvres, DJ, a cash bar, a silent auction and a COSTUME CONTEST! The winning ticket will win $3,000! There are also cash prizes for best in costume.Raffle tickets can be purchased at
100% of the net proceeds will be returned to the community through scholarships for local athletes which will be awarded during the annual Greater Augusta Medals for Excellence in Sports (G.A.M.E.S.) Awards Banquet in May.

The Jack-O-Lantern Jubilee is an annual, family-oriented festival held in beautiful downtown North Augusta on Georgia Avenue.

Activities include live entertainment on two stages, an awesome variety of great food, arts and crafts vendors, car show, corn hole tournament, amusement rides and plenty of activities for the kids including a costume contest, face painting, clowns, kiddie rides & inflatables.

This year is the 31st Jubilee in City's history and will be a two day event starting on Friday, October 30 from 6:00 PM -10:00 PM and Saturday, October 31 from 8:00 AM - 10:00 PM

The Annual Time To Scare Halloween Carnival & Haunted House is sponsored in part by WRDW News12, Augusta Recreation & Parks Department, iHeart Media, and the Time to Care Partners - Academy Sports, Aiken Regional Medical Centers, and Great Deals on Furniture.

Doors open at 5:00 PM. Children ages 12 & Under only please. After you brave through the haunted house, try the carnival game room and take a chance at winning some candy! A costume contest will be held at 7:00 p.m. for children in three different age categories - infant - 2 yrs; 3 yrs - 8 yrs & 9-12 yrs. judged by local TV and Radio celebrities .
