Veterans Peace Park Opening

Community Veterans Garden in Harrisburg

On May 7, 2016 from 11am until 2pm the founders of the Community Veterans Garden in Harrisburg, “THE VETERANS PEACE PARK”, will celebrate all of the people that donated so selflessly their time, money and material to make this dream become a reality.

Come on down, enjoy some good food and listen to the speakers talk about what this garden means to our vets and what it means to our community. Meet the Veterans that have sacrificed so much for our freedom.

Words can not express how much we appreciate everything that everyone has done to help us create this beautiful space, and as always, Thank You.

We are asking that the military men and women wear something that says" I am a veteran or I am still active." This way we will be able to distinguish the military men and women from non-military.

All veterans are welcome.
