Duties include processing television sales orders; assisting national reps with program changes; pulling spot placements/invoices; answering inquiries; researching/resolving discrepancies; preparing/distributing reports and providing back-up to local sales team as needed.
Candidates must be customer service oriented with excellent attention to detail, must possess strong communication and organization skills, and must be able to prioritize tasks in a fast-paced environment while under strict deadlines.
Position requires computer literacy with a proficiency in Word, Excel, and PowerPoint.
