Technical problems during NCIS

Thank you for contacting us regarding the problems with the airing of last night’s episode of NCIS.

The loss of video was due to the failure of a piece of CBS equipment here at the station. Unfortunately, by the time we were able to diagnose and repair the problem most of the program had already aired.

We apologize for this situation, and while we strive to give you the best High Definition broadcast possible, technical problems are a fact of life and will happen on rare occasions.

Last night’s NCIS episode is available for viewing on in the CBS Video Player section. It is located on the left hand side of our home page at

We cannot reschedule the program on our air but will check with CBS to see when the episode might be rerun in the future.
