ORCHARD PARK, N.Y. (AP) -- The Buffalo Bills have selected Clemson wide receiver Sammy Watkins with the fourth pick in the NFL draft after a trade with the Cleveland Browns.
The Bills moved up five spots in the deal with the Browns on Thursday. In exchange, Buffalo gave up their No. 9 pick in this year's draft, along with their first- and fourth-round picks in next year's draft.
Watkins was high on the Bills radar entering the draft, and provides Buffalo with a dynamic threat in an offense that was inconsistent last year.
The 6-foot, 211-pound Watkins finished with 240 catches for 3,391 yards and 27 touchdowns in his three seasons at Clemson.
