COLUMBIA, S.C. (AP) -- South Carolina athletic director Ray Tanner heads up the latest class of the South Carolina Athletic Hall of Fame.

Joining Tanner in the Hall will be late Clemson broadcaster Jim Phillips and ex-Tiger athletic director Bill McLellan and the school's national championship winning quarterback Homer Jordan. The group also includes late South Carolina power hitter Hank Small, Furman basketball's Clyde Mayes, Citadel running back Travis Jersey and Bamberg-Ehrhardt baseball coach David Horton.

The class will be enshrined during ceremonies May 13.

Tanner won two national championships as Gamecocks baseball coach before taking over as AD last July. Phillips was the "Voice of the Tigers" for 36 years until passing away in 2009. Jordan led Clemson to a 12-0 mark and the 1981 national title.
