Georgia goals still within reach

Thursday September 5, 2013

Athens, Ga--In college football it's not always if you lose, it's when. Lose early enough, there's time to regroup and get back into the title picture. Georgia can take a big step in doing just that by beating South Carolina Saturday.

Yes, the opening week loss to clemson stings. But it's not the first time they've lost an early season game. Two years ago, they lost to Boise State and still recovered. Heck, last year they lost to USC and still ended up in Atlanta in the sec title game. These Dawgs know reaching their goals is still at hand.

"Everybody has control of their own destiny in the east and if you win the east, as we all know you get to go back to Atlanta and take a shot at the SEC championship" said Mark Richt "You know we are very cognisance of the fact all of our dreams and hopes are still right ahead of us."

Yes, they must accounty for Jadaveon Clowney as Clemson showed some deficiencies in Georgia's offensive line. I'm sure there's a game plan already in place for the USC beast. Kick off 4:30 in Athens.
