ATLANTA (AP) -- Freshmen Marcus Georges-Hunt and Robert Carter Jr. scored 10 points each Wednesday to lead Georgia Tech to a 52-38 win over Presbyterian in a nonconference matchup.

The Yellow Jackets (2-0) weren't very good from distance in making just 3-of-20 3-point shots, and for a long time they weren't very good in the paint, either, before whipping the Blue Hose (0-2) badly in the paint in the second half.

The bigger team from the Atlantic Coast Conference had a 22-4 edge in points in the paint after trailing 25-24 at intermission.

Presbyterian senior guard Khalid Mutakabbir led the Blue Hose with 13 points, 12 of them coming in the first half.
