KNOXVILLE, Tenn. (AP) -- The 11th-ranked South Carolina Gamecocks are riding a wave of momentum into the second half of its season with the understanding they can't afford to look past anyone.

They certainly can't overlook Tennessee, which nearly stunned Georgia in its last game and scared the heck out of South Carolina in Columbia a year ago. Tennessee (3-3, 0-2 SEC) will try to end South Carolina's four-game winning streak Saturday at Neyland Stadium.

South Carolina coach Steve Spurrier says, "We've not done enough to think we're hot stuff yet," even though the Gamecocks (5-1, 3-1) are coming off a dominant performance in a 52-7 victory at Arkansas.

Tennessee had a week off after losing 34-31 in overtime to No. 15 Georgia, which was ranked sixth at the time of the game.
