Oakmont, PA-- In one of the biggest upsets in golf
history, longshot Argentine Angel Cabrera has won the 107th U-S Open. It's Cabrera's first win ever on the
P-G-A Tour. He's the first Argentine to ever win a U-S Open.

Cabrera shot a final-round one-under 69 to hold off two of the
biggest names in golf -- Tiger Woods and Jim Furyk (FYOOR'-ihk) --
to win the second major of the golf season. Cabrera finished five
over par at the tough Oakmont Country Club course.

Woods and Furyk tied for second at six over. Woods was trying
for his third U-S Open title and 13th major. Woods had a lengthy
birdie putt on the final hole to force an 18-hole playoff but it
missed by about a foot.

Third-round leader Aaron Baddeley, who began the day with a
two-shot lead, shot a final-round 80 and finished 12 over par.
