ATHENS, Ga. (AP) -- Andrew Jensen's 48-yard field goal in the fourth quarter gave the Red team the lead and Carlton Thomas scored the game's only touchdown in the final seconds to give the Red a 13-3 win over the Black team in Georgia's G-Day spring football game on Saturday at Sanford Stadium.

Joe Cox, bidding to take over as Georgia's starting quarterback, set up Jensen's kick with a 22-yard pass to tight end Aron White on a third-and-20 play.

Blair Walsh gave the Red team a 3-0 lead with a 51-yard field goal in the second quarter.

Jamie Lindley answered with a 25-yarder for the Black team later in the second quarter. Logan Gray completed passes of 15 and 21 yards to Derek Rich in the drive.
