COLUMBIA, S.C. (AP) -- First-year South Carolina coach Darrin Horn knows facing Clemson in any situation is important to his program.

Horn said Monday facing these Tigers could be an even bigger challenge for his young team.

Clemson comes in at 12-0 and moved up to 20th in the national rankings. Horn says the Tigers are also the strongest test the Gamecocks (9-1) have faced this season.

The Tigers come to Colonial Life Arena on Tuesday night. It's Horn's first game against Clemson as Gamecocks coach. Horn says such rivalries are fun for fans and good for the attention it brings to both schools.

Horn has a chance to cement himself with South Carolina fans with a victory, which would break Clemson's four-game winning streak.
