Atlanta, Ga--After a successful first year, Georgia Tech and football coach Paul Johnson have changed his contract making it a seven year, 17 million dollar deal, plus other incentives.
One of the unique aspects of the contract will be the incentives based on academic and graduation success rates. Johnson, a no doubt, A.C.C. coach of the year, led Georgia Tech to a nine win season and a top 20 national ranking, along with a trip to the Chick-Fil-A Bowl.
Anyone who doubted the option would work with the Yellow Jackets, they finished third in the nation in rushing.
