ATHENS, Ga. (AP) -- Georgia linebacker Akeem Hebron will miss the remainder of the season after being injured in practice. Hebron, a sophomore who played sparingly in six games this season, sustained a fracture dislocation of the left ankle at the end of Tuesday's practice. He will be out four to six months.
In addition, tight end Aron White went down with a sprained shoulder and won't be able to play when the ninth-ranked Bulldogs travel to No. 11 LSU on Saturday. White, a redshirt freshman who started one game at the
injury-plagued position, sprained his right shoulder Tuesday and
will be evaluated week to week.
On a more promising note, Georgia expects a pair of senior starters, linebacker Dannell Ellerbe and tight end Tripp Chandler, to play at LSU after missing the last two games with injuries.
