ATLANTA (AP) -- The Atlanta Hawks have added two former Georgia
Tech stars to their staff. Mark Price, who holds the NBA record for highest career free-throw percentage, was named a shooting consultant. The Hawks also hired Duane Ferrell as a player relations and programs manager.
Price, a four-time All-Star, was the Memphis shooting coach last
season. Ferrell served in a player development role for the
Washington Wizards from 2001-04. "Mark is recognized as one of the premier shooters in the history of the league, and is a welcome addition to our coaching staff," said general manager Rick Sund. "Were also pleased to enhance our basketball operations area with Duane's experience."
