Georgia Southern Wins 34-27 In OT

Saturday, September 13, 2008. (AP) -- Antonio Henton scored five touchdowns, including the game-winner in overtime, to lead Georgia Southern in a 34-27 win against Northeastern on Saturday night.

Henton accounted for 341 total yards, including two touchdowns and 298 yards on 16 of 27 passing for the Eagles (2-1). The sophomore quarterback also rushed for 43 yards and three touchdowns on 16 attempts.

Anthony Orio threw for 287 yards and a score on 24 of 38 attempts, and Alex Broomfield rushed for 126 yards and two scores on 30 carries for the Huskies (0-2) in the loss.

The two teams combined for 875 yards total offense.
