ATHENS, Ga. (AP) -- Longtime Georgia play-by-play announcer Larry
Munson is nearly recovered from brain surgery and looking forward
to his 43rd season in the radio booth.
The 85-year-old Munson underwent surgery April 4 to remove blood
clots from his brain. "Currently, Larry is in his final weeks of rehabilitation and expects to make a full recovery," the Munson family said in a statement Friday. "Larry has every intention of calling the
