ATLANTA (AP) -- Atlanta Braves shortstop Yunel Escobar and New
York Mets outfielder Ryan Church won't be in tonight's starting lineup after the two were involved in a collision last (Tuesday) night.

Escobar's right knee was heavily wrapped and Church was taken to Piedmont Hospital with a mild concussion following their collision on the final play.

While turning a double play at second base, Escobar's knee struck Church in the head as Church slid toward the shortstop.

Church, listed by the team as day to day, said he'd be available if needed in tonight's game.

Braves manager Bobby Cox said Escobar "is going to be fine."

Omar Infante will replace Escobar at shortstop. Endy Chavez is listed as the Mets' starter in right field.
