SURRY, Va. (AP) -- The prosecutor in Michael Vick's state dogfighting case in Virginia expects a new trial date to be set tomorrow. The trial was originally set for April second. Vick is now serving a 23-month sentence in Leavenworth, Kansas, after pleading guilty to a federal dogfighting conspiracy charge.
