CHATTANOOGA, Tenn. (AP) -- Kevin Bridgewaters scored 24 points and Chattanooga held off Georgia Southern 96-91 tonight.

Chattanooga had a 22-point lead with eleven-and-a-half minutes left but Georgia Southern made it close the last few minutes.

Bridgewaters was 5-of-6 from the floor and 12-of-12 from the free throw line. Nicchaeus Doaks added 15 points, Georgia Southern, which trailed 46-35 at halftime, was led by Louis Graham with 27 points and Dwayne Foreman with 23.
