ATLANTA (AP) -- Georgia Tech has picked up three football commitments this week -- adding a quarterback, cornerback and offensive tackle.
Tevin Washington, a 6-foot-1, 205-pound quarterback from Wetumpka High in Alabama committed Sunday after his official visit.
Also committing after his official visit was Phil Smith, a 6-6, 280-pound tackle from Jesuit High School in Tampa, Florida.
Lee Butler, a 5-11, 170-pound cornerback orginally had committed to Duke University. But he picked Tech on Wednesday. Butler attends Westside High School in Anderson, South Carolina.
