LITTLE ROCK, Ark. (AP) -- Heisman Trophy runner-up Darren McFadden was handcuffed by police and then released without charges after being involved in a melee at a piano bar in Little Rock,
Arkansas, early this morning.
A police spokesperson says Arkansas' All-American running back was handcuffed for a few minutes because he was rowdy and needed to
calm down.
McFadden holds the Razorbacks' career and single-season rushing records. He has yet to decide whether he will forego his senior year and enter the NFL draft.
McFadden will be honored at the Little Rock Touchdown Club's annual banquet tonight.
