ATLANTA (AP) -- Georgia Tech, already making plans to be without
ACC leading rusher Tashard Choice for at least one game, now must
adjust to the loss of another tailback.
Senior Rashaun Grant, who was expected to start as Choice's replacement on Thursday night against Virginia Tech, may miss the
rest of the regular season with a lower leg injury.
Grant missed the fourth quarter of last Saturday's win over Army after taking a hit above his right ankle. Georgia Tech announced today that tests showed the injury is more serious than first believed.
Grant rushed for 119 yards and a touchdown before leaving with the injury.
