Martinez, Ga--It's been an interesting off season for high school football teams. A dozen coaching changes with one vacancy still out there. Tonight, one of those programs with a new man in charge, hosting their spring game.

Steve Hibbitts is now on the sidelines of Lakeside and he's joined a pretty good squad. The Panthers have a lot of talent and are easily a playoff contender. For Hibbitts, from day one, he's talked about Panther vision and these few weeks, he's starting to establish that vision.

"That's probably been the biggest thing about these last two weeks. Going through spring practice and see how they react to certain things. As a new coach, the biggest thing I can do is establish those relationships." said Steve Hibbitts

Led by highly touted defensive back Rashad Roundtree, the panthers have some big time prospects that have college coaches calling on a daily basis. It's all part of the territory for Hibbitts who's taking the attention in stride.
