Updated: 7:59 PM - What a run it's been for Aquinas football. Wasn't that long ago they were an after thought on the gridiron. But now, defending state champs and riding a 24 game win streak as they start the playoffs. Don't look for these guys to slow down anytime soon.

Marcell Wright shines for Williston Elko in playoff win

Updated: 11/12/2014 - Sometimes there's a lot of advantages playing football for a small school. First and foremost you rarely come off the field. Williston Elko has had a pretty good lineage of kids who've done just that and produced in big ways. This past Friday, add the name Marcell Wright to that list. His performance is why he's our Academy Sports and Outdoors player of the week.

Former Falcon helps out Butler

Updated: 11/11/2014 - While the season came to an end for Butler on the football field this past week, the team had a little extra help from an unlikely source over the past month of so. Donte Rumph, who had signed with the Falcons before being released, did what he could to make an impact with the kids.
