KISSIMMEE, Fla. (AP) -- Roger Clemens arrived at the Astros training camp in Kissimmee, Florida, today. He's expected to throw batting practice to minor leaguers the next three days, including his oldest son, Koby, a catching prospect in the Houston organization.
The seven-time Cy Young award winner is refusing to answer direct questions about the Mitchell Report or news that a letter has been drafted asking the Justice Department to investigate whether he made false statements about steroid use during his recent testimony on Capitol Hill.
Clemens pitched for the Astros from 2004-06 and has a personal services contract with the Astros that will kick in when he officially retires.
