BALCO Founder Back In Court On Steroids

SAN FRANCISCO (AP) -- BALCO founder Victor Conte and Barry Bonds'
personal trainer, Greg Anderson, are expected in court to determine
whether they can keep evidence prosecutors turned over to them from
the government's investigation of steroids in sports.
Federal prosecutors want the two convicted steroids dealers to
return the documents.
Anderson spent most of last year in jail for refusing to testify
against Bonds. He was released after the indictment against Bonds
on perjury and obstruction of justice charges was unsealed in
Conte served three months in prison after he pleaded guilty to
steroids distribution.
The hearing is scheduled for U.S. District Court in San
