NEW YORK (AP) -- Brian McNamee reportedly has turned over
evidence he believes will bolster his claim that Roger Clemens used
performance-enhancing drugs.
The New York Daily News cites an anonymous source close to the
former trainer who says McNamee gave Justice Department
investigators vials with steroids and human growth hormone, as well
as bloodstained syringes and gauze pads.
McNamee's attorneys told the newspaper the former trainer
surrendered the evidence but provided no details of it.
McNamee told Mitchell Report investigators that he injected
Clemens with steroids and human growth hormone at least 16 times
over three seasons.
Clemens has repeatedly denied the claim.
