As the clock continues to wind down to the start of spring training, two teams have announced a player acquisition.
-- The Philadelphia Phillies and third-base man Pedro Feliz have finalized a two-year, 8.5-million-dollar contract. Feliz hit .253 with 20 home runs and 73 runs batted in for San Francisco last season.
-- Free agent reliever Jorge Julio has agreed to a minor-league contract with Cleveland. He was 0-and-3 with a 3.93 earned run average last season with Colorado. In his career Julio has 99 saves and a 13-and-33 record. His best year as a reliever was 2003 when he had 36 saves for Baltimore.
