RiverHawks playing with confidence and looking for momentum

We're pretty much half way through the SPHL season and its time for the Augusta RiverHawks to shift it into gear..any gear other then reverse would be preferable. Hawks still mired in last place, but gaining some confidence.

And gaining some much needed momentum. The team is coming off an overtime win over first place Fayetteville. The key now, build on that and keep things headed in the right direction.

"Yea, I mean we'd like to string together more then one or two in a row here" said Mark richards " The important part to me is that we're really starting to grasp our systems pretty well. Our last game in Fayetteville, I thought we played the most complete game since I've been here. I thought we executed our game plan real well."

"I think we're just a goal or two away most games and I just think we're going to get that done in the second half." said Shawn Skelly

Hawks host Pensacola Friday and then Columbus Saturday. In dire need of putting together more then a one game win streak. With the futurity coming up, a bunch of road games are on the horizon
