AUGUSTA---There was a close call outside the Augusta National overnight after deputies say a woman slammed into a pole around 2 AM.
It happened on Washington Road near Eisenhower Drive.
Deputies tell News 12 power was affected briefly.
Deputies arrested 27-year-old Kerrie Myers from Thomson for DUI. Myers was booked into the Richmond County Jail this morning.
