AUGUSTA, Ga.---The Mayor's Masters Reception in downtown Augusta has become a yearly tradition. For the first time, the reception is being held at Augusta Common, and 1200 people were expected to attend.

Believe it or not, the festivities all came together in a matter of hours. Workers spent all day today preparing tents and setting the stage for tonight's guest of honor, Fuzzy Zoeller, and 40 different restaurants came out with free food.

All it took to get in was $1 donation and a little patience...the line got pretty long!

I've been going since the reception began and I tell you it is a time to be remember. To taste the different foods, socializing and the entertainment all at the the same time is 'enjoying life' and acknowledging what Augusta has to bring to all our visitors. Most of all you can line up your restaurants for future visits.
