Paine takes down Benedict 60-55
For the second straight year, Paine College traveled to Benedict and took down the Tigers winning 60-55 Tuesday night.

Columbia, SC--For the second straight year, Paine College traveled to Benedict and took down the Tigers winning 60-55 Tuesday night.
Despite shooting just 44% from the field, the Lions defense held them in the game holding Benedict to just 35% in the second half and grab the win.
Geno Green led the Lions with 18 points with Kedric Taylor adding 10, Allen Young 11.
Benedict was led by big man Marcus Goode, who tallied 20, but only one other Tiger was in double figures.
Paine moves to 10 and 5 on the year, 9 and 4 in the conference play.
