McCormick, SC--While he wasn't born in the Augusta area, Justin Lower has moved to the Jones Creek area from Ohio for golf. The 24 year old is playing on the NGA Golf Tour and is a guy to keep an eye on the next few years.

The first couple of months of the NGA Tour season for him has been nothing shy of spectacular. Two wins and four other top 10 finishes has him on top of the money list. A year ago he watched Brandon Brown hit a golf shot and then something clicked for lower. Now it's paid off in a big way.

"I made it a goal to win the money list this year" said Justin Lower "I didn't expect the start I had. I was hoping to get at least one win this year and to have two already is kind of a blessing so I'm just trying to keep playing and stay out of my own way and keep playing the best that I can"

While Llower lives in Augusta, he's basically living out of a suitcase seeing the tour takes these guys all over the country. He moved here in the winter, and did what any golf fan would do shortly after his arrival.

"The first night I was there actually, I went over to the gate of Augusta National and see how far I could get, the guard didn't let me very far" said Lower smiling

Don't worry Justin, we've all done that. Lower is playing at the Savannah Lakes Village Classic in McCormick this week, searching for win number three.
