Aiken, SC--It's tournament time on the division two hoops front. Up first, the Peach Belt Conference tourney in Columbus. A big question mark right now, how will the ladies of USC Aiken fare?

Things haven't exactly gone smoothly since they lost Kayla Harris. Remember this team was ranked in the top five in the nation. As of late, anything but world beaters as they've dropped four of their last six ballgames. Confidence may be a little wavering right now but getting a win in their last regular season may have helped get them back on track.

"I just think we need to come out and be really mentally focused and mentally tough" said Brittany Hill "Things aren't always going to go our way now and we have to learn how to fight through it and I think the win against Pembroke, we're starting to get back on track."

The lack of confidence has been one of our biggest things" said Mike Brandt "People hesitating on a shot and stuff, hopefully we went down there and played well and hopefully each and every player has some confidence"

Pacers do end up on the wrong side of the bracket. If they beat Columbus in the opener Thursday, they'd likely take on the top ranked team in the country, Clayton State in the semis. The Pacer men don't play until Friday. More on them and Augusta State as the week goes on
