Atlanta, Ga--Former Lakeside quarterback Mark Weidenaar has been dismissed from the Georgia State football team.
The Panthers confirm that Weidenaar was dismissed for breaking team rules just prior to their season opener Thursday night.
Weidenaar played a big role in the success of Lakeside and was hoping to make an impact with Bill Curry and Georgia State.
