Augusta, Ga--Another football coaching change in the CSRA and this one, kind of a surprise with Curtis Baptist parting ways with Nathan Duffie. He's being replaced by Cliff Richards, who's been with the crusaders the last two seasons.

Duffie, who no longer works at Curtis Baptist, spent nearly a decade at the helm and was with them back when three were a lot of wins. The last few seasons, the program has taken off with four, six, and then 11 wins this last year, including a trip to the GISA class A title game.

Athletic Director John Spurlock said the school decided they needed someone who's on the school staff to be the coach, thus the change.

Richards, who's served as an assistant, has also been involved as the strength coach and now takes over as head coach.
