Aiken, SC--In Aiken, both the men and women actually practiced earlier Monday and Monday tonight, it was a celebration of the program with their version of midnight madness. A great turnout on hand at the Convocation Center with both the men and women expecting great things. The Lady Pacers may grab a little more spotlight seeing they're a top ten team going into the season.

"You know being ranked in the top 10, I think that's great for our program, and for the Unversity but also gives us a chance to say hey, people are going to come after us, we're going to have a target on our chest, we're going to be the hunted, much more than the hunters this year." said Mike Brandt

"We're excited that it's that time to get out on the court and start working towards your goals and what you want to accomplish as a team" said Vince Alexander

Pacers open the season on November 13th with a couple of home games to tip off the season.
