Whitfield weighs in
AUGUSTA---Sting-ray makes his return to national television and to boxing in Augusta in less than 24 hours.
Tomorrow night is the fight on ESPN, today the weigh-in.
Ray Whitfield came in at a trim 115 pounds at today's weigh-in in Augusta off Walton Way. His opponent, Jair Jiminez, at 114 pounds.
Whitfield will put his perfect 17-0 record on the line tomorrow night at the Bell Auditorium as part of ESPN's Wednesday Night Fights. Tickets, starting at 15 dollars, are still available.
