An interesting spectator at Forest Hills Golf Course Monday afternoon is coach Kevin McPherson's sister Kristy. Kristy McPherson has quickly become one of the top players on the LPGA tour and is currently ranked 20th in the world. While the season is just underway, McPherson is hoping a big last year leads to a bigger this year.

"Last year was a good year and I'm just trying to improve on that" said Kristy McPherson "I finished 15th on the money list last year and want to finish top ten this year, that's obviously a goal of mine. Ranked 20th in the world right now and need to get that up, but you know it's tough out there, but try to play a little better then that."

McPherson did bring her clubs to town with he. She and her dad and fellow pro Angela Stanford will play Augusta National Tuesday.
