Aquinas boys and girls advance

It was a soccer doubleheader during the hottest part of the day, and the fighting Irish of Aquinas came out smoking. Both the boys and the girls advanced to the quarterfinals of the Georgia 1-A playoffs.
The boys beat Savannah Country Day 4-2 and next play at home on Saturday. The girls blanked Calvary Baptist 4-0 and will have a home game on Friday.
