Lynx lose playoff opener

April 9, 2007

The Augusta Lynx opened the playoffs with a road loss Monday night, falling 2 to 1 in overtime to Charlotte.

Brian Passmore scored the Lynx lone goal midway through the third period. Dave Mckie was in net for the Lynx for the first time since being called up in mid-March.

The Lynx return home to face Charlotte Tuesday night in game 2 of the best of 3 series.
