Georgia's new head man Mark Fox is in North Augusta, hoping to land a big name or two to his 2010 class. This is Fox's first time recruiting for the Bulldogs. In fact, he's only been on the job for 3 months so he's still getting his feet wet. For Fox, recruiting for the Dawgs is a bit different than for his previous school Nevada. For one, Georgia plays in a bigger conference and has a more recognizable name. But that's not all.
"Well, Georgia certainly has some more resources and I think a better recruiting base," said Fox. "Certainly, a little bigger budget and those types of things so we're excited about having those things. We have an infrastructure in place that's gonna allow us to make some progress and ultimately have a lot of success."
Coach Fox has some work to do though to revive a bulldog program that has struggled for more than a decade.
