ORLANDO - Hard to believe we're just a couple of weeks away from the Masters and a large portion of that field is in Orlando at the Arnold Palmer Invitational this week. That includes Augusta product Oliver Wilson.
"I'm very excited about it. It's going to be a great week," said Wilson. "You know, I'm just looking really forward to getting back into the buzz of things and being inside the ropes. I've been to the Masters plenty of times but outside the ropes, not inside the ropes."
"Expectations, you know, I don't really have any at the moment. I just want to play well. Results wise, I don't know. I know it's going to be a busy week. There's going to be a lot going on and if I can manage that side of things well, then it will give me a much better chance to play well. But that's going to be hard to do."
While there was no Tiger Woods sighting in Orlando on Monday, who is in the field, there was a rock star feel so to speak. That being 17-year old Japanese sensation Ryo Ishikawa, who had the biggest gallery by far of today's pro-am.
Tiger Woods is the defending champ. Don't bet against him as he's gearing up for Augusta in two weeks.
