AUGUSTA, Ga--You have to go back 50 years to find the last time the ARC was in the state semifinals.

That's where they are now as they'll take to the court in Gwinnett tomorrow night against Miller Grove. With the game being played in a much bigger arena, the Musketeers getting some practice time at Augusta State before making the trek. What a run it's been for coach Steve Nobles and his crew as they've taken the survive and advance mentality. It came down to the last second the other night, but they continue to get the job done.

"It was a tight ballgame all throughout the night and defense is what got us through all this" said ARC coach Steve Nobles "We played real good defense. We held that team to 40 points and we were able to cash in at the end."

"Come to practice and practice hard, and when it comes to the game we need to stay focused" added Don Quarles, an ARC sophomore "Richmond hasn't been to the final four for like 50 years, so it's a big one."

ARC and Miller Grove are pretty close to being the same. The winner will play for a state title on Friday. Wolverines also have a couple of starters who are headed to Georgia Tech to play ball.
