Aiken, SC--Over the past couple of years, the USC Aiken volleyball has had unmatched success in program history. Two trips to the national tournament and all sorts of individual accolades that go along with it. This year, they have their work cut out for 'em and a new coach on the sidelines.

Glenn Cox takes over after Will Condon left the Pacer program for another Peach Belt conference job. So far, so good with those new faces stepping up their game in the early going. With the bar set pretty high, the team has their sights set on reaching past levels.

"This team wants to duplicate what they did last year" said new coach Glenn Cox "They've got a taste of winning. A lot of them didn't get to see the floor last year, but they know what it takes to win the conference and that's obviously the goal is to be right there at the end and get a chance to go back to the national tournament."

Pacers get to play in front of the home fans this weekend as they host five other teams in the USC Aiken Invitational.
